Zero Balance Adjustment Issue

Hi,

I am having difficult creating zero balance adjustment entries.

AAI's 4126/4128 are setup correctly. I did an item adjustment that reduced the qty to 0 but some value remained for that part. No zero balance adjustments were created in this case.

I also tried cycle count process for another part to reduce another part to zero quantity, but I didn't see the zero balance adjustment entry in Cardex.

Is there something missing in my setup?

Cost method used is 02 (weighted avg)
