I am trying to install either 19.3 or 21.x on RHEL9 so I can test io_uring and udev rules on RHEL9

I work for Red Hat and I am trying to help customers with Oracle 19.3 on RHEL9. using io_uring (asmlibv3) or udev rules without asmlib because we only allow io_uring currently in tech preview

Using this kit un-patched and trying to install grid

~oracle/kits/LINUX.X64_193000_grid_home.zip

I searched online and it listed that I need to patch Oracle over the install with Opatch and other patches which now seem superceded so finding the right patches and instructions is a challenge.

Does anybody have a list of exactly what patches I need and how to install them before I start the grid installerto get grid installed on RHEL9 and then the database instance
