Unable to Ship Sales Order After Upgrade 12.1 to 12.2
Hello Experts,
After upgrading the application to version 12.2, we are unable to perform the shipment process in the new environment. When we create a sales order and perform the "book order" action, the process completes with a concurrent notification. However, even though we have sufficient on-hand quantity, the shipment status remains backordered, and we are unable to proceed with the order.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue before?
What would you recommend to resolve this problem?
