Redistribute cogs accounts into its component without using SLA

Is it possible to redistribute cogs account into its component (material/overheads etc.) and transfer price margin before GL Posting in EBS without using SLA?

Does Oracle have any functionality other than SLA for redistribution of COGS Accounts.
