Updating Solaris 11.4 to most recent release with Clustering

I had a server that was a bit out of date for updates. While I was able to update the server to Solaris 11.4, it is only the base version of Solaris 11.4:

$ pkg list entire
NAME (PUBLISHER) VERSION IFO
entire (solaris) 11.4-11.4.0.0.1.15.0 i--

I can see there are many more versions of 11.4 available (some listed here are locally downloaded IPSs since this was attempted offline at first):

$ pkg list -af entire
NAME (PUBLISHER) VERSION IFO
entire (solaris) 11.4-11.4.81.0.0.193.1 ---
entire (solaris) 11.4-11.4.78.0.1.189.2 ---
entire (solaris) 11.4-11.4.42.0.1.113.1 ---
entire (solaris) 11.4-11.4.42.0.0.111.0 ---
entire (solaris) 11.4-11.4.0.0.1.15.0 i--

But when I try to do a simple update, it errors out concerning clustering:

Howdy, Stranger!
