ODA Plugin 13.5.1 for OEM 13.5 where to download ?

Hello
We are using OEM 13.5 and in Moment the ODA Plugin 13.4.3 which seems to be the lates Plugin at Oracle Metalink.
In case that I could not apply the Plugin o our ODA (X7), we are facing sudo error as discribed in

ODA Target Discovery Failure With Verify User Credentials (Doc ID 3017497.1)

The note says that we should install the Plugin 13.5.1.0.0 or latest …but the error happened with 13.4.3, which seems to be the latest

I could not file a case - because our client is not willing to take support licences anymore ….
