Hello!!

Our union and company negotiated a premium pay for employees that are assigned perform another job that is higher than their primary job.

The caveat is that after one year of this continuous acting, they will receive a step increment, so here's an example to illustrate:

Employee001 is the Adm Coordinator and is currently going on a long term absence, the management assigned Employee002 (Adm Assistant) to perform the job of Employee001 during their absence.

Here's the salary grade and step information:
