Grafana 11.5.1 + OEM 13.5.0.22 + OEM Plugin v5 – "Grafana session missing" error when configuring Al

Hi everyone,

We are currently integrating Grafana v11.5.1 with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13.5.0.22 using the OEM Plugin v5. The data source connection appears to be working fine, and we can visualize OEM metrics in Grafana dashboards.

However, when we try to configure Alerting in Grafana, we encounter the following error:

"Grafana session missing"

We’ve reviewed the plugin and Grafana documentation but haven’t found a clear explanation or fix for this issue.

Environment:

  • Grafana: 11.5.1
  • OEM: 13.5.0.22
  • OEM Plugin: v5
  • Alerting: Using Unified Alerting (default in Grafana 11+)

Has anyone encountered this issue or have suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
