gateway connectivity issue

Hi All,

We are facing issue with gateway connectivity during the issue connectivity to gateway port is not working and getting below error in the logs

NameServerLayerLog Error 1 0000000267c33484:0 2025-03-01 21:10:32 13868: [cgclientservice] TLS handshake to gateway failed XXXXXXXX.corp.pep.pvt:9111

GenericLog GenericError 1 0000000267c33484:0 2025-03-01 21:10:32 Register Service failed : NSGetZKConnectFromCG failed

GtwySvcFrmwrkLog Error 1 0000000267c33484:0 2025-03-01 21:10:32 Invalid inputs provided to intiate the Registry Connection

GtwySvcFrmwrkLog Error 1 0000000267c33484:0 2025-03-01 21:10:32 Connection to Registry failed

After restarting the enterprise connectivity is fine .

please answer if anyone has faced same issue

we are using siebel IP 20.6
