Is there any standard program that would purge Unapproved/in process, incomplete requisitions

We have a list of over 2,400 Requisitions that have a status of Return, Reject, In Process, Incomplete, Pre-Approved. Most of them are years old and the Requesters are no longer with the company.

The option of manually cancelling the Requisitions with numerous Requesters, would be challenging.

Is there a standard program to purge these requisitions ? any Requisition with a status other than (Approved) that hit one year can be cancelled. Please advise.
