Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I have two questions regarding the ACA form 1095-C.

Where in Peopelsoft front end, I can see 1005-C coverage enrollment code assign to employees?
Which PS table stores the 1095-C Employee information with Offer of Coverage Code assigned to each employee?
