Is the Cycle Count Adjustment Approval Date the same as the GL Date of the Material Distribution?

We are on Oracle EBS 12.2.9. Our auditors are asking if the Cycle Count Adjustment Approval Date the same as the GL Date. I can't find any Oracle documentation regarding this.

Please note that the Cost Manager is auto scheduled in our instance. We post detailed transactions to the GL; each inventory transaction creates a journal entry.

Can you please confirm if the Cycle Count Adjustment Approval Date the same as the GL Date?
