Create SFO button greyed out and Can not create SFO

in G-Invoicing for Servicing Agencies - EBS (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

We imported GT&C to create SFO, but create SFO option disabled. this worked for one or two GT&Cs but for GT&Cs created after certain date, it is not enabled. we compared two GT&Cs but did not find delta. wondering if anyone encountered this issue in the past.
