Event to assign benefit elections a team member had prior to terming when returned from suspension?

Is there an event we can create to auto-enroll a team member who is returning from a suspension that terminated all of their benefits?

Example:

Team member is suspended on 6/9/2025 and Empl_Status = S - All benefits are terminated as of 6/9/2025.

Team member is returned from suspension on 7/1/2025 and Empl_Status = A - All previous elections in benefits will be reactivated as of 7/1/2025.

Has anyone had to perform this type of action previously?
