Local policy | routing advice

Hi,

Any idea on how to achieve this scenario with two local policies.

Assume I have digits as below

39962, 487 > first choice route group1, second choice route group2

399, 48732 > first choice route group3, second choice route group4

Traffic come from same source realm.

1. for the calls routing to 39962, I need sbc to try route group1 and route group2 first before trying route group3 and 4.

2. for the calls routing to 48732, I need sbc to try route group3 and route group 4 first before trying route group1 and 2
