Help with query for Getting Project and group member at diff Hierarchly levels

struggling with getting a good query for a UDR, or multiple Queries if needed, to get Projects and group memberships at diff hierarchies.

What is the field that allows me to identify the diff level hierarchies??

So our breakdown is below. What fields in what tables tell me the project is from ie the Organization level or the Business Unit or Sub-type level.

I need to report on
1. what projects are at what level and list them.

2. Another report that gets each of those projects at those diff levels pull who is a member of what groups assigned to each of those projects.
