How to remove a pay method in Self service after it has been end dated at Payroll level

We have a Payroll Pay Method that we don't want to use anymore. I have removed it from the employees, end dated it at the Payroll Description level, but I still see it in Self-Service.
What do I need to do to remove it from Self-Service so employees can no longer pick that option?
