PS HCM: A couple 401k/savings plan config option questions
We have a couple requests that I am looking into but wanted to ask here as well (if it helps me save some time).
Ask #1: Continue the match once an employee has hit the 402g limit - based on their deferral rate. So let's say an employee hits the 402g limit…. We would stop their EE before tax contributions but still need to calculate their match based on their enrollment (so % of accumulator doesn't work). In PS, an EE contribution seems to be required to do the match. Any ideas or work arounds that anyone has found or are we looking at a customization?
