EBS 12.1.3 on HPUX and planning to migrate to Linux

Oracle EBS 12.1.3 is running on HPUX and planning to migrate to Linux using cross platform.  As per the document id 438086.1 , we need to generate and upload manifest file. from source platform to download for Target platform.  Is this step is still supported for EBS 12.1.3
