Missing Requisition when making a transact move order in R12

I have created a requisition and it has been approved but when i proceed to create a transact move order the requisition is missing on checking on po_requisition_headers_all,PO_REQUISITION_lines_ALL it exists and its not stuck on po_requisitions_interface_all either but still i cannot get the Requsition to complete my transaction
