Can other transactions update the F0911.GPF1?

I have records in the F0911 with the GPF1 = 1 but the transactions are not inventory related. I checked the DMAAI's and the accounts being posted to are nowhere in the F4095 (DMAAI's file).

I am on JDE 9.2.
