B/S Lessee Acctg - how do you make Clear Recalc Flag option appear on Row exit.

JDE E1 9.2 Tools 9.2.82

the P15171 application initially show remeansure and Clear Recalc Flagon ORw exit, but most time after remeasure is clicked the Clear recalc flg disappears.

Most time when you click re-measure nothein happens and so we need the Clear Recalc Flag to reset it, how can you make this option re-appear (Clear Recalc Flag)
