Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In solairs 11.4 , crontab -l Warning - Invalid account: 'root' not allowed to execute cronjobs

I have added root in cron.allow and at.allow files and even checked cron.deny were root is not added to the file.

but when i ran crontab -l , its throwing invalid account.
