Essbase Install Issues

We are installing EPM 11.2.15 then upgrade to 11.2.21. We have 4 separate servers where we have Foundation/CalcMgr on one server, Planning on another, OHS on another and Essbase on the last server.

Installation and configuration was successful on all servers with the exception of the Essbase server. We are getting the error "Setting permissions failed for file" in the install log file and was wondering what is causing it. We have disabled anti-virus so not sure what is causing files not to be installed. Snippet of error below from install log file.
