Can we access activity usage profiles in programs or is there a workaround?

In P6 the Activity usage profile was readily available to view allocated labor units across multiple schedules as long as they shared the same OBS location.

The activity usage profile is not available in Programs which are the only way to view multiple schedules at one time in OPC.

The workaround I have considered is to create resources to allocate the hours as a copy of the budgeted labor values to accomplish something that used to be just filling in the numbers of a column or activity detail field in P6. This is because the Resource Usage Profile is available in Programs unlike the activity usage profile.
