Help needed to understand Exawatch CPU utilisation

in Exadata General (MOSC) Question

Hi Guys,

The image i have uploaded is from a Exawatch report of a storage server

And some one mentioned at the beginning there is 10% to 20% of wio and after 1:15 it thins out to almost 0. Is this analyses correct. All I see is the IO waits are at 0 where the gray line is, at the top

Appreciate any help as this IO wait area is invisible to me, wonder I am clour blinded? 😁
