RFC2833-> in-band conversion does not work for AMR/AMR-WB on VNFs

Hello,

Once I came across a statement in some document, that virtual SBC does not support conversion RFC2833 to in-band for AMR/AMR-WB (or generally for all codecs) and now I cannot find it. If you've met this statement, could you please send me the link?
