Dependency between ACFS Filesystem and Custom Cluster Resources of Type CLUSTER_RESOURCE

Following "Clusterware Administration and Deployment Guide" to make Application Highly Available using Oracle Clusterware.

How can I add a dependency between an ACFS filesystem (Resource: ora.<diskgroup>.<volume>.acfs) to a custom cluster resource of type CLUSTER_RESOURCE? I need to make sure that ACFS is available before application cluster resource is started.

Is it possible to make dependencies between custom application resources and oracle-internal resources (starting with resource name ora.*)?
