Unable to access one of our Hyperion Essbase Cubes get error 10052001?

We have trouble on our server with one of our cubes? We try to access it and get error 10052001. Other cubes seem to be fine, we have tried stopping and starting the services and even shutdown and restarted servers and still get the same error.

Thinking we may have a corrupt cube and wondering about just restoring the essbase cube file for that cube from tape backup but need guidance as to it's location and potential name.
