Planning 11.2.19 Job Console Time is Different Between Administrators

Hello,

We are on Planning 11.2.19. My colleague and I are both administrators. The time shown in the Job Console is correct for our time zone for me, but 6 hours ahead for my colleague. We are in the same office and our laptops have the correct times. I have a flashback memory of having set this for myself sometime in the past but cannot figure out now how I did it.

I have found old documents referring to 11.1.2.4 upgrades but do not believe they apply. Does anyone know where my colleague can set this for himself?
