Change to how compensation rate percent works on JOB?
We're testing moving from PT 8.60 to 8.61 and from full image 48 to 51. We are using Fluid JOB. There seems to have been a change in what the system allows for compensation rate changes. We have historically had a practice of rounding compensation rates down from 6 digits after decimal to 4 digits when a pay increase is entered using the 'Changes' tab under Pay Components on JOB. For example - Employee has a current pay rate based off of the salary table, they receive a 5% pay increase. We add a JOB
