When I RUN admsi.pl for my patches it doesn't give me instruction on how to apply the patch

Good Day,

When I RUN admsi.pl for my patches it doesn't give me instruction on how to i should apply the patches.

RUN THIS: perl $AD_TOP/bin/admsi.pl -patch_top=/u01/oracle/BDFUATe/EBSapps/patch/26599059 -appspass

I am using the following:

ORACLE EBS: 12.2.4

ATG_PF : 4

Please assist on the way forward.
