Why is an EAM Rebuildable Work Order not included in Item Supply Demand?

We create a Rebuildable Work Order in EAM by removing a rebuildable item from an asset and replacing with one from Inventory.

This initiates a Rebuildable WO (which requires OSP Refurbishment). Problem is, we do not see the Rebuildable WO as a source of supply in the item Supply/Demand.
