FA start depreciation date JDE

Currently while uploading FA the Depreciation start date is updated as the Acquistion date, however, we want the depreciation start date to be the Effective date.

Is there any setup or way we can achieve this while uploading the asset, as we do not want to change it manually after uploading due to volume.
