Reported Bug:Outbound EAI Calls Return Error SBL-EAI-04311 With a Request Larger Than 20KB

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

When attempting to perform an EAI Outbound Web Service call with a request larger than 20 KB, the operation fails with the following error: "Error Message: SBL-EAI-04311: Operation 'XXXX' is expecting a response but no response was received".
