Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

I need to install a Oracle 18c DB on a Oracle Linux 9.5 server and got error INS-08101.

I tried to upgrade the 18c cvu_prereq.xml file with the information from the 19c DB for OL9, but still the same error.

What I need to do to solve this problem ?
