Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. in world soft 9.2 how the GEO CODE Is updated for the Canadian customer

the postal code , city and country is defined correctly in address book

but when we press shift +f3 is system does not allocate any code in the TXA1 tax area, tax explanation is taken as s

and when we check we get an error of 4995 even though the the postal code , city and country is defined correctly in address book

please help
