Selecting Contract Type Use Case

Using: PeopleTools 8.61, FS/SCM 9.2.052

Use Case:

1. Single Document (contract) that describes time large agreement w/ large line items (e.g., building something)
2. This document can change (potentially), so that change has an approval process and now we have a new change order #
3. On a regular basis, we pay against this contract (voucher), so the match rules for the voucher should be for the scheduled payment (not the overall amount) (e.g., line is for 10,000, we pay 1000 a month, so we create a Voucher for 1000 (and maybe a released PO for that amount).
