Transaction Funds Check results show no Commitments balance for Approved/Reserved PO - EBS 12.2.9

Hi,

We have defined Project budget and created PO which is approved and reserved.

However, when doing funds check inquiry in Projects module, the Transaction Funds Check results inquiry show no Commitments balance for Approved/Reserved PO. We have not yet perform receipts / invoicing for this PO. But PO is approved/reserved and must show as commitment balance in inquiry. Rather it is showing PO amount only in Transaction amount column.
