Import of existing OSM database in latest Preprod/Prod environment post OSM installation

Latest version of OSM 7.5 has been recently installed in new host. Existing OSM version is 7.4.1.

What is the procedure to migrate the existing OSM database related to version 7.4.1 to new OSM database post OSM 7.5 installation in new host?

Kindly note:- before OSM 7.5 installation in new host, migration of OSM 7.4.1 database was performed to new OSM 7.5 database.

But now again a second round of migration is required to get the latest orders from existing database.

This is on high priority, immediate suggestion will be highly helpful
