ASXPRGLD / "Purge Unqualified Sales Leads" deactivated by upgrade

Hi, I'm in the process of trialling upgrade from R12.2.12 to R12.2.14. One of the scheduled concurrent programs is "Purge Unqualified Sales Leads", which has the enabled flag at concurrent program level toggled off by the R12.2.14 upgrade pack - namely asxprogs.ldt version 120.13.12020000.2. I can find no information in MOS about this, any indication of its replacement nor any version information about this file via patch search, nothing mentioned in R12.2.13 note 2985048.1 nor R12.2.14 note 3035947.1. Can someone assist? Was it switched off by mistake or is it no longer possible to purge these sales leads, even though it still appears in the master purging guide for E-Business?
