Is there a way to add the Hiring Manager ID to the Manage Hire Setup page?

Is it possible to add the hiring manager ID, from the job posting, to the Manage Hire Setup page so that this information could be setup to be transferred to the HR database when an applicant is hired? Transferring the hiring manager ID from the Job Posting to the Supervisor ID field in Job Data would be helpful.

We have multiple employees with the same name that makes it challenging to ensure the correct supervisor is chosen when an applicant is hired.
