why the project supply can't supply to no project demand of some item but some item can?

10010000758，MRP give "cancelled" suggestion for 90 work order project supply, again give release new plan order 78,why 90 project supply can't supply to 78 plan order demand and should give 'Revised schedule postponed' suggestion for 90 ;
10010014079, all project supply is 33900 which greater than the total quantities of project demand and no project demand ,why MRP also give release plan order for 200 plan order demand on 2025-11-05??
