ATG_PF DELTA 7 IS TAKING TOO LONG TO APPLY

Good Day,

I am just inquiring on ATG_PF DELTA 7 patches which is taking too long to apply. I started applying it yesterday around 15:00PM and even right now is still on-going, which is close to 16 hours now. Is it normal?

Note that it hasn't thrown me an error.
