Enhancing Siebel API Performance for Stable Response Times

Hello Siebel Experts,

We developed a new API in Siebel and noticed performance issues during invocation.

The initial invocation of the newly created API in Siebel takes approximately 17-24 seconds.
When the same request is made again without any data changes, the response time reduces to 3-5 seconds.
After an idle period of around 10 minutes, the response time resets.
The next invocation after the idle period again takes 17-24 seconds.
Subsequent requests after this longer response time return results within 3-5 seconds.

Our goal is to enhance its efficiency and ensure a stable response time.

Could you provide the insights to improve the response time of API.
