Report for grabbing Assigned permissions for each group at all Shell Hierarchies

I don't know if I'm asking this right, but we are looking to get a report of all of the groups that are assigned at different hierarchies and the rights that those groups have, such as view only, edit, delete etc. See attached . It would be a very large report I'm sure, but if someone has developed this it would sure help us to get what we need
