Major ODBC Install Issues 25.5 and 25.4

Hi All,

We just tried installing 25.5 in our lab in preparation for installing the same for a client next week. The install seemed to work great but when we tried to run post DB utility we hit an ODBC error. We even reverted and reapplied the patch only to have the same issue with ODBC. When we try to test the new ODBC data sources we get the error "The setup routines for the Oracle in oracledbcleint_C_Siebel ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 193".

We checked with another client who normally stays on a very current release and they also reported they had major ODBC issues starting in 25.4 (that is when the new Oracle ODBC driver replaced the legacy drivers) and also in 25.5. They are currently live on 25.2.
