RETROPAY ENHANCED

Hello Team,

I have encountered an issue with the Retropay Enhanced process after creating and running the Retropay Assignments. Despite following the usual procedure, the system is not prorating the Basic Salary.

No configuration changes have been made recently, and the process worked correctly in the previous month. However, this time I observed the following:

  • I suspended an employee's assignment for 10 days and reactivated it for the remainder of the month, but the system still calculated a full month's Basic Salary.
  • I terminated another employee mid-month, expecting a prorated salary up to the termination date, but the system returned 0 as the Basic Salary.
