Absence Mgmt Accruals Based on Every Hour Worked as reported in T&L/PNA

Good day community, I have a question that hopefully the Abs Mgmt people can answer for me. We have been using T&L w/ Ben Leave for accruals and balances, and the employee reporting work and leave on the timesheet, then processing Payline, and then running Benefit Leave Accruals to update the balances. In essence the accrual is ran after the fact since TL& and PAY have already been processed.

Now, we are looking at the implementation of Absence Mgmt and as we all know Absence processes first, then T&L, and then Payroll. With no Benefit Leave Accruals, the need to get the end of period processing leave balance to update accruals so that the leave balances are updated after payroll is processed for the period. A proposed resolution would be to do a post Payroll confirm Absence Calc to read the total hours from payline and then do the accruals, but we are processing weekly so Payroll confirms Thursday afternoon, and so this calc would be ran
