General question about patching

Hello dear community,

I recently starded using Solaris again and i would like comme clarification on the patches and the differences with the packages

I recently installed IPS 11.4 on a test machine. I therefore have have all packages available.

I also know that there are individual patches but do we gave sets patches to update a system

Are they recommended 10 for exemple

In fact i'm looking to have an overview of patches, patch families, etc
